Perfect! Currently, pricing starts at $150 and increases based on complexity of the house and any details you’d like added. Here’s how the process works:

1. Email amy@placeandmaker.com with your request. Be sure to include a high-quality, well-lit photo of the house. Most photos taken with a phone camera work just fine. I’ll ask for some additional information about the house and what you’re looking for, and we can go from there.

2. To get a place on the schedule, I require a $100 deposit. You’ll pay the rest once you’ve received your portrait and are happy with it.

3. When I have you on my calendar, you will receive your house portrait within three to four weeks of your schedule date. (Keep in mind, it could be a month or two before I’m able to put you on my schedule. Please plan ahead if you need the portrait by a certain date.)

4. Before I print, I will send you a draft of your house portrait and you will have a chance to request edits.

5. Standard print sizes are 8x10 and 11x14, either vertical or horizontal. I’m not able to offer larger prints at this time.
